The Day Before Day 1

Today I've decided I am tired of being fat, tired of feeling terrible, & READY to start living a healthy/happy life! I've researched many different plans (low-carb, low-fat, detox, starvation) but I'm going to start by portion controlling all my meals.

I've made sure I have water cup that I'll take everywhere I go full of ice-cold water. I've also already broke my addiction to ice-cream & soda!

I won't be telling my husband about my renewed efforts because he just wants me to be happy & it upsets him to know I'm not (especially because of my weight). He thinks I'm beautiful & I am inside but its hidden by layers of fat.
